The Museo ABC in Madrid houses a private collection of drawings and illustrations. It was set up to conserve and showcase the ABC collection. Since 2005, it has been under the administration of the Fundación Colección ABC.
Lourdes Fernández made a study of the museum’s collection, which formed the basis for a proposal for the present site, finally provided by public institutions to create the museum. She also prepared the project for renovation and launch of the centre. This work was completed by Elena Añibarro before the museum opened in November 2010.
